Colombia is the third largest coffee producer in the world. The country’s coffee industry is organised and efficient producing coffee that is recognised the world over.
Our Colombian coffee is 100% Arabica. The coffee trees are grown at high altitudes. The coffee cherries are then carefully harvested and the beans are wet processed before being decaffeinated by the mountain water process.
Through cupping and tasting different roasts of this coffee we have found that a slightly darker roast colour develops this coffee’s best characteristics to their full. A fruity brightness combined with richer tones makes this a well-balanced decaffeinated coffee to be enjoyed at any time of the day.
